Myblue Hotel: situated in a wonderful and unique scenario, in one of the finest spot of the island, Nungwi, famous for the bright red African sunsets and the clear blue sea. The hotel is about 50 kilometres from the airport. The resort reasserts the unmistakeable “sophisticated simplicity” of the famous “Mosquito Blue” Hotels and it was built respecting the environment to guarantee an excellent service. From the reception to the beach, following the main avenue, you find all the rooms, the main bar and the swimming pool. As you get closer to the restaurant, you will be amazed by the many different enchanting blue shades of the Indian Ocean and the wonderful white powder beach protected by suggestive rocks that frame the bay. As a matter of fact, the Myblue Hotel overlooks a calm, crystal clear sea that, unlike the rest of the island, is rarely interested in the phenomenon of high tides.
Accomodation: 50 rooms in different categories: “Standard” with double bed and“Deluxe” on the upper floors with double bed and sea view balcony, “Mini-Suites” on the ground floor and “Ocean View” on the fist floor are located face the sea, appointed with a bedroom and a living room and can accommodate up to four people comfortably. Each room is furnished in “boutique design” style and equipped with mosquito net double or single beds, wardrobe with mirror, writing desk, luggage holder, air conditioning, telephone, digital safe, LCD 33 TV with international channels, hairdryer and iron board (on request).
Facilities: the Italian management of the “Myblue” Hotel guarantees a high quality service and some of the staff can also speak Italian. The restaurant offers Italian and international cuisine. Near the main bar, in front of the swimming pool, you can find a covered relax area appointed with a library, table games and Internet point free of charge. The swimming pool winds through the resort to the beach, next to the pool you can also find an outdoor whirlpool bath. Available to the clients sun beds, sun deckchairs and beach towels (on a deposit). The laundry service, the massage area and the boutique are payable on site. You have the possibility to practice snorkelling and diving on site with the assistance of Italian speaking staff.
Special: Nungwi fishermen village is only 200 metres from the “Myblue” Hotel so that you can admire local handicrafts and walk along the beach among the typical bars of this area.
Treatment: Soft All Inclusive: welcome drink, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Morning break at 11.00 am and teatime at 5.00 pm. Soft drinks and water served in glasses at the restaurant during the meals and at the bars from 10 am to 10 pm. American coffee and tea are also included. Alcoholic drinks, cocktails and canned or bottled drinks are not included. A “late breakfast” service at the main bar, from 10.30 am to 12.00 am, can provide breakfast to the clients who love to rest until late in the morning.
