STONE TOWN AND SUNSET CRUISE WITH APERITIF.  HALF-DAY EXCURSION. 
Our visit will start at 2.00pm. After approximately 30 minutes drive, we will get to KIDUCHI village in the centre of the island, famous for the Spice Plantations farm. We will get the chance to explore an exotic and unique world: we will learn about the spices of Zanzibar and a variety of fruit trees and exotic plants. After about one hour visit, we will get on the minibus and head to the old capital city and cultural heart of Zanzibar, Stone Town. Fascinating with its winding alleys, bustling bazaars, mosques and grand Arab houses, it has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will visit the former slave market site, the colourful present-day market and we will wander through the labyrinth of narrow streets of the Old Town.
As optional visits, the Sultan Palace: “Tip Tip House”, the House of Wonders: the “Beit el Ajab” and the house of Freddy Mercury. At about 5.00pm we will meet “Nakupenda” Staff, boat trip leaders, to enjoy a sunset cruise and have something to drink on board. We will be served wines, beers and fruit juices enriched with Zanzibari delicacy and tasteful typical dishes of the Italian Sardinia island: fresh cheeses, ricotta cheese, meat rolls and grilled squids. We will then go back to the Pier where our driver will take us back to the hotel by dinnertime.
